We're having a royal Italian experience in Morocco!
At the Sesamo Restaurant inside the @royalmansourmarrakech, owned by @alajmo group, i met the world-class chef @riki.barni thanks to the dearest @gualtiero_spotti for connecting us.

Entering through the doors of the Royal Mansour, a hotel incomparable to any other, Chef Riccardo greeted us in the spacious lobby, wearing his jacket. We explored Sesamo with his valuable team with a delightful conversation.
INTERIOR:
Sesamo is like a Venetian palace welcoming us with Moroccan touches.
The restaurant is illuminated by the Izmir collection of @baroviertoso #Murano glass chandeliers.
We couldn't take our eyes off the curtains, especially those designed with different colors on both sides. The red and gold colors represent the Venetian #LaSerenissimo flag.
The photograph on the wall is a picture from 1954 of the famous Taverna La Fenice in Venice.
GARDENS:
Our chef Riki showed us around the newly expanded gardens those i couldn't visit previously. He carefully selects and plates the produce he grows and obtains from suppliers, especially to support local producers.
After a walk around the gardens, we did visit the French and Moroccan restaurants in the hotel, and the kitchen of Sesamo!

KITCHEN:
I have to say this: I've seen countless Michelin-starred kitchens around the world, but I've never seen such a spotless kitchen! Even if they had said, "We host guests in this kitchen," behind closed doors, away from the public eye, I would have believed them. The young chef, proudly describing his team as "like lions"... You chef, you will conquer the world!
HOTEL:
As for the hotel; I can't praise Royal Mansour enough!
It's a hotel designed and opened to tourism by the magnificent King Mohammed VI of Morocco (I believe the heir to the throne, the Prince, will be a magnificent king like his father).
Royal Mansour Academy is a top-quality, world-class institution providing top-tier education.
When I was explaining my love for Royal Mansour to Chef Riccardo, both as a customer and a tourism professional, he said, "I understand your love; I'm not saying this because I work here, but there's truly a very strong sense of communication among us internally, and everyone works hard to provide the best possible service to our guests."
OVERALL:
Truly, thank you #RoyalMansour and #Alajmo Team for being one of the most beautiful stops on our trip.
Loves and greetings from Istanbul.
